Little Elm ISD Earns FIRST A-Superior Rating for the 22nd Consecutive Year
Little Elm ISD is in the top 80% of districts who earned an A-Superior rating from the Texas Education Agency’s Financial Integrity Rating System of Texas (FIRST). This award highlights how well the District manages financial resources to maximize instructional funding. Little Elm ISD has now achieved this rating an impressive 22 times.

LEHS Graduate Selected for Prestigious NASA Astronaut Training Program
Little Elm ISD is proud to recognize one of its alumni, Rebecca Lawler (Shaw), a 2005 graduate of Little Elm High School, who has been selected as one of just ten individuals nationwide for NASA’s highly competitive 2025 astronaut candidate class.
